The best way to keep your equipment in top condition and prevent costly repairs and down time is to have scheduled Preventive Maintenance performed on an annual or semi-annual basis, depending on your workload. Each unit is cleaned and calibrated to the Manufacturer's specifications. On-site field services are charged on a per-visit basis and include costs associated with travel (time, airfare, meals, lodging and car rental), on-site labor (by the hour), and the cost of replacement parts not covered under an existing warranty.

A GTI Microsystems Service Agreement provides a predictable fixed cost for service delivered by experienced and certified professionals with no additional charges for travel, labor or parts. A GTI Service Agreement includes priority response times for on-site service and repair. On-site field services are not charged nor are costs associated with travel (time, airfare, meals, lodging and car rental), on-site labor (by the hour), or the cost of replacement parts.

GTI Microsystems also provides microscope service and repair for most major brands of microscopes and we stock a variety of replacement and repair parts.
